Senator Donley objected. Senator Davis moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the following amendment to Amendment No. 1: Page 1, line 6: Do not delete "and nurse's assistants" Objections were heard. Senator Hoffman offered Amendment No. 2 : Delete sections 4, 5(d), 8(b), 11(c), 11(f), and 12(c). Insert a new section to read: "* Sec. __. DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES. The sum of $693,500 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Natural Resources for gas pipeline development and related activities for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2001 and June 30, 2002." Senator Hoffman moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2. Senator Donley objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
